Ordered on November 16, received on January 6. Given the new year is acceptable. The order was not tracked anywhere, nevertheless delivered by sdecom to the door. The box did not even crumple, it was packed simply in a cardboard and inside in a pupyrku. Sharpening is good, let's see how long it will hold. The knife is heavy enough, balanced well. One small minus (for me), the handle is a little short, but I have a wide enough Palm. The order is satisfied, did not communicate with the store, there was no need. Recommend.

Arrived in just over a month, packed really well with multiple layers of protection around the knife & blade. I'm giving this 5 stars only because I paid $5 and Ali coins for it, it's a great deal for that price. However, the blade angles are awful! Both sides of the blade have totally different sharpening angles AND the edge angle isn't even consistent along the length of either side. Sharp, yes. But what an uneven sharpened mess it is. Definitely would've taken a star off had I paid more. Smooth transaction with the store & otherwise decent knife.
